Kids’ Area
Hey, kids, bring Mom and Dad to the area’s best aquatic park, Kenwood Cove, for pint-size fun that’s just for you. Our Soggy Bottom Kiddie Area children’s area, supervised by lifeguards, features a large zero depth entry children’s pool that deepens to 18 inches. Splash toys, slides, water shooters, and more will delight young children and the young at heart.
Older children can try our water obstacle course, leapfrogging on floating lily pads. Other park attractions are also open to children, but height restrictions may apply.
The whole family will enjoy our Family Fun Slide, featuring a 12-foot drop. Hold on tight to Mom and Dad and ride the slide together!
Birthday Parties
Treat your child to a summer party at Salina’s Kenwood Cove. Four rental cabanas are available by reservation (minimum 2 hour rental) to give your group added privacy. The cabanas, tiki-style structures that feature fans, are located on both sides of the wave pool. They can easily accommodate up to 15 people. Classes
Swim lessons are offered Monday through Thursday before the park opens to the public, registration is required. Swimming lanes are available for lap swimmers in the lap pool Monday through Friday. Additional programs such as aerobics and river walking are scheduled for Monday through Friday as well. Punch cards are required for exercise classes and lap swim.
